Goddess Lakshmi was born out of the churning oceans. She is the Hindu goddess of fortune, wealth and prosperity. She is an important deity on many religions like Jainism, Buddhism, etc. and is a goddess of different virtues in different religions. Ganesh is the son of Shiva and Parvati. This beautiful idol of Ganesh and Lakshmi has been carved out of brass by the skilful carvers of Moaradabad the Brass City of India.
